Biography

After finished my high school, I started my engineer’s and master’s degree in Computer Science at the Institute of Technology of Cambodia, Phnom Penh, Cambodia. During my last 2 years there, I mainly focus on a misspelling correction model for a historical document (Sleuk-Rith) that was written in ancient Khmer language during the middle age period (from 14th to early 18th century). That work increased my interest in the misspelling correction and Natural Language Processing to pursue my PhD degree with the current topic “Khmer Misspelling Correction Model with Deep Learning Approach to Improve Khmer Typing accuracy in Educational Context”. I hope this work will become a significant element to the other related research studies.
