Biography

Claudine Piau-Toffolon holds a PHD in Computer Science from the University Paris-Dauphine. Her main domain of studies concerns software development processes. She became assistant professor at the University of Littoral in 1999. After working on several projects related to Technology Enhanced Learning, she joined the IEAH team of the LIUM Laboratory in Le Mans University in 2006. Her main research topics are TEL engineering and more particularly the study of learning design process and its instrumentation. Her work aims to study the development and implementation of methodological and technical tools for teachers, in various pedagogical situations, such as serious games or virtual reality-based games.
