CapDiff

The development and spreading of connected enable automation of a number of tidious tasks. The recent advances in speech recognition technologies, i.e., speech synthesis or voice recognition and the increasing user acceptance open wide horizons for those technologies.
In a context where organizational structures are forcing more and more “confcall” that must be transcribed and archived, it seems appropriate to rely on these technological evolutions.
The Capdif project aims at developing a differential captation system for speech signal. This system will be designed to precisely locate each speaker in a meeting room, in order to facilitate and thus improve the performance of voice technologies.
